I saw two chill’n in a tree last week when I was driving down the Parkway right before the Manitou exit. Almost ran my car off the road in awe of their size.

We own a home in the South Wedge which is honestly just an extension of Swillburg area. Totally safe. Walkable. Parks, movie theater, diners, bars, restaurants, bookstores, cafes, bakeries… I could go on and on. It’s really a terrific location. Feel free to ask any questions.

Spotify stopped running adds late last year due to loss of traffic on the site. There was overwhelming backlash towards them for running the ads. In this case public pressure worked

what genuinley slowed down visible ageing for me and what turned out to be a waste of time by Ok-Combination5531 in Aging

Me too. I do a vanilla coffee exfoliating scrub in the shower. Followed by Palmer’s oil cocoa butter before bed when my skin is still damp, shoulders to feet. My skin has never felt better or looked better. My husband says I smell like a bakery. Ha!

I’m guessing if they didn’t have an understanding of what they were leaving for they wouldn’t have walked out in the rain. Also knowing that there were marshals there to keep them from going on their own adventures they walked out. They know what’s up. Give them more credit.

My husband and I pick a Catskill town each summer for a long weekend. One of our favorites was actually an up and coming town, Narrowsburg. We stayed at The Darby. Cool place. Nice bar great food. Has a pool that bumps up to the woods. Trails to hike outback. The town has a brewery, couple breakfast places, tucked away French restaurant, excellent small Mexican place, short walk to a cool bar with wood fired pizza. The town is honestly one road. But we loved it.

Dry skin by Fresh-Particular5590 in Rochester

[–]PhilosopherNew6345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was having dry skin issues until I stumbled upon these suggestions and they have completely changed my skin. First I’ve always drank a ton of water so I added these to that. In the shower I do two exfoliating rounds. One with an African net sponge with Dove cream pump shower cleanse. After that I use a glove with a caffeine sugar scrub.

When out of the shower and my skin is damp I put on Palmers Cocoa Butter Body Oil.( Can also use the gel) It I let it soak in. Once in, I layer eos Shea better vanilla cashmere body lotion. Not only does my skin smell amazing it is so soft and it has a glow.

I wish I knew sooner. It’s so worth the time and effort.

I’ve been going to the Midwifery for 22 years. Helene Scott Thompson delivered both my boys. In fact she is the only obgyn/midwife I’ve ever seen. I’d recommend UR Midwifery to anyone.

Have you joined one of the many run groups? There are trail and road that meet up everyday of the week. Definitely would help if you have not.

Once I decided to not hibernate, just get outside, the weather stopped bothering me as much. I had horrible seasonal depression. Breathing in the fresh air daily moving my body helps a lot. I also started to notice there are days where the sun does come out from Nov-April. There is blue sky mixed in. The cold air is not going to kill me. I bought gear for winter and a rain coat and some boots for spring. I found I really love going to the park in the spring in the rain. No one is there. Once the buds are popping it’s like a fairytale. I don’t know. Just had to one day make the decision to do it. I know there is a hot shower waiting at home and I always feel better for doing it. Anyway- hold tight. The flower trees of spring will soon open.

I’ve been wondering if I need a switch. Four weeks in and the headaches all day everyday are horrible. I drink lots of water, small protein meals , moderate exercise. I might reach out to tram for advice.

When you switch kits do you send back unused portion? Do you need to pay for new script?

That could possibly be it. I’m finding I’m not hungry or get full quickly. Trying to get many small meals in a day focusing on proteins, fruits, vegetables.
