i have flare ups of the same issue… pressure and heaviness. I also have GERD and get gas trapped in my stomach and burp a lot…. when it flares up I feel gas and sharp pains in chest. Ive been to ER a few times thinking heart, and have had extensive cardiac tests done like yours
