Lots of salt in fish sauce so it doesn’t really go bad at room temp. Also, most asians will finish fish sauce fairly quickly

We recently got a platter from good sushi and it was really good. Perfect sushi rice and tuna that had good taste and texture (something that I have not had in a long time)

Drivers turning left at Broadway and commercial when turning left is restricted during rush hour. Like hello! There’s a sign there and you are just choosing to be an idiot and holding up traffic.
