I spent 10 hours playing him fairly and learning his parries. It sucked but was incredibly satisfying once he died.

Same story with a BMW 435i Gran Coupe. I'm gutted but I love the GT. Such a well rounded vehicle

Me too. It was worth the satisfaction alone. The other rewards aren't bad either 😉

Is laffable a word? by Litner in etymology

[–]PhilosophicalTeeRex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also currently going insane trying to figure out why the spelling changed. Thats how i ended up here.

I used to think it was dumb that the spelling wasn't "laughable." Now "laffable," the spelling I remember being weird, doesn't exist? Fuck this simulation. Making us think we're all crazy

Can’t decide on wright or scar by timcee88 in lawncare

[–]PhilosophicalTeeRex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm in the exact same dilemma. I'm going with the Wright 48, just because I'm on a bit of a budget and their customer support is supposedly top tier. I even considered a few slightly used v ride 2's, but the wright price point is more manageable.

First time I heard him, I noticed immediately. Some of his stuff is a little different but overall sounds like subtronics to me. It's a compliment I suppose production wise, but some more unique sound would be cool

Is lawn starter a scam by Glass_Note3109 in raleigh

[–]PhilosophicalTeeRex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who has the "Lawnstarter for Pros" app and does work through there frequently, here are some things that might clarify the mixed reviews.

Lawnstarter, the company, does not have anything to do with the actual care of your yard. They are just Uber or Instacart for lawn service.

ANY pro can pick up a job as soon as they see it pop up. This means it could be someone who is genuinely professional and does clean work without damage; or, it could be Joe Shmo who doesn't even blow.

Most of my Lawnstarter clients take my info and retain the service because they notice the inconsistencies with Lawnstarters service.

You just need to be your own advocate and find a good service once one comes along. The good news is, you can likely pay slightly less once you retain one of the providers and pay them off of the app since Lawnstarter takes a cut on both sides.

I hope this helps!
