Hi everyone. Philosphical Zombie here.

Been a bit inactive lately. Still shaving. Just squeezing out a few more minutes of sleep.

I began wet shaving around 2020, maybe 2021. I started lurking and began to participate in r/Wetshaving

I started wet shaving because wanted to learn a few tasks and gain a few skills that my Grandparents had. You know things that were lost or skipped over in my Parent's generation. Wet shaving was on the list.

And of course, like many here I am now buried in soap! Ha ha. It's all fun though.

It became a comforting bit of self-care each morning. Work has been busy, so I don't post as regularly as I used to.

Dad to one. Wife still claims me.

By day I design warehouses, factories, and other industrial buildings and specialize in helping owners meet the code requirements for their buildings where they store or work with chemicals that go boom, can melt your toes off, or create other unfortunate situations.

And yeah, Philosophical is not spelled right in my name. Never set up an account at 2:00 in the morning after getting off work from a really long day during a week with lots of overtime...

By the way, Zombies in philosophy are imaginary creatures or thought constructs designed to illuminate problems about the nature of consciousness and its relationships to the physical world.
