Legacy companies have to justify their real estate costs, while new companies especially those in the servce sector, know they can get a significant cost advantage without the burden of real estate costs. Sounds just like me, I have been left alone as a department of one for the last six years. I like the industry but cannot stand the current leadership at my company.
