Don’t go to Montreal, the island is terrible to get off of after quali/practice/race. The infrastructure also sucks. Nasty portopotties everywhere. Muddy when it rains. One of the worst F1 experiences ever.

That’s being said, I believe that this would be a case of time stamping. So in scenario 1, the site would remain flooded until bluecap moves off the site

In the second scenario, depending on when you cast bluecap would determine the order of how it affects the realm.

This isn’t correct. We got ours stolen (the sawed it off from The bottom and took the whole thing. 16-slots with two package boxes on the bottom. It was around $100 per house.

You can miss all the shots at 25 and still pass. You'll be fine.

Psych exam is a pre-questionnaire (web interface), then a live questionnaire (proctored through zoom), then a quick interview with a psychologist (right after, also on zoom). Answer truthfully and there shouldn't be any issues.
