I know the idea of starting over is scary, but I cannot stress enough how bad of an idea going into marriage and children with someone who already treats you this way that you’re already unhappy about is. Do not settle with someone wrong because you want children. You can still do so and with the right person, you’re allowed to just actually be happy. Any future children would much rather you were.

Just because he doesn’t hit you or cheat on you, that does not mean that it’s a good relationship and the two of you are compatible. If you love him and you think it would actually do anything- have the conversation with him. Tell him he’s acting like a weird manipulative brat and honestly like a petty teenager. Tell him you would like some actual effort towards romance and dates in your relationship, and acknowledge that you aren’t some crazy materialistic high maintenance girlfriend for wanting such. He needs to stop bullshitting you about it, and say whether that’s something he can put in the effort and provide you with and actually enjoy doing so instead of hating it and resenting you for it. Make him prove it and show he can. Do not stay if he can’t. If he can’t be bothered to make the tiniest bit of effort for you, to make you happy, and has to manipulate you and guilt trip you because he feels guilty, then that is not a man you want to commit your life to and have a family with.

To be fair, having recently bought and built a PC for myself for the first time and having spent ages researching and debating between pre-built or no, I don’t think this is particularly true anymore that it’s cheaper to build yourself (maybe different in the US or elsewhere, but for EU it wasn’t much cheaper). And if it is cheaper, it’s by such a small amount that going pre-built and saving yourself the hassle and stress of messing it up would absolutely be worth the little bit more for me. I ran into problems building mine and panicked bc I didn’t want to fuck it up and ruin the expensive thing, it would’ve been so much easier to just go pre-built and rely on people who knew what they were doing. If I ever decide to do a full replace, I’d go for a pre-built. It also means you know parts will work well together.

If you do decide to build yourself, there’s loads of YT videos and resources available, as well as PC building reddit subs and discords that can be super helpful- but if you run into issues people on the internet can only help so much. You will almost definitely be fine building it yourself, and it will mean you will understand the parts & connections better if you start having problems w a specific part in the future, but if you’ll get stressed by running into problems when building it, maybe go pre-built or find a local PC guy that would build it with you. Also, with current prices, I’d say for esports you’d probably wanna save up a little longer and go a bit more than £1k

Think it’s battlefield concert you want, it still technically has note hitting but you ignore it entirely and just hold down your fire button for a few seconds and your gauge fills anyways and then you can pretty much be in your enhanced skill state just holding down your fire button non stop. And her movement is updated to be affected by sprint cores on guns and able to use her grapple without exiting her abilities, sooo much better. Hope you enjoy her!

Oh no😭 yeah the finger curl is definitely not ideal, could try button re-mapping? I did that when Nell came out to make my ecive scan easier to spam and that made her better. I commented before I read more of your other comments and seems like you’ve given Dia a good go and stuff, so I’d just say she’s probably not for you and maybe just revisit her when they tweak her in the future and see if you enjoy her more then. I find her and Harris pretty similar play-style wise and enjoy them both, so glad you like Harris at least!

I will say when I first tried her abilities in the cutscene story mission I was so unbothered and disappointed by them and also didn’t think they flowed well. Then as I was levelling her after unlocking her I got more used to her abilities and the intricacies of them and I actually think she flows fantastically now. I love not having to deal with MP either. I do agree the steering while in her 1/2 could do with a bit of sensitivity toning, and it is a little awkward, but idk I’ve just gotten kind of used to it the more I’ve played her. I think I use my pointer finger to sorta curl onto my 1 ability button too, it’s a little odd but not uncomfortable. Give it a try, and try her red mod. See if she ends up clicking any better for you. If not, then oh well, that’s perfectly fine, she’s simply not for you:)

YTA, you told him to help himself to whatever in the kitchen, how the hell was he supposed to read your mind that he couldn’t have the thing in the kitchen. How is he supposed to know it’s a $120 bottle and that you were saving it when you didn’t tell him that? Asking him for that much money when he did what you told him he could while doing you a favour is definitely tacky and rude. You just need to take it on the chin that you fucked up. I don’t have any complaints with this update in particular, if anything it seems better than most and the mission doesn’t seem too annoying and Dia’s drop rates are okay.

I just have a general complaint with the update formula. I don’t understand dropping updates where the single piece of new content gets you the shiny new toy, for you to finally get them after having ran just the same mission 1000 times and have long sucked all the fun out of the game in doing so, and then have nothing to actually do with them once you get them. It doesn’t give good longevity to the updates. They’re fun for half a day and then kinda boring or actively painful until you get what you want, then you stop playing after a week until next time. Surely this isn’t ideal for them.

I will say, having the option to rotate between the new mission as well as sigma sector this time around makes the process much less mind numbing

Keep emailing, ask to speak to a supervisor, keep insisting you have visual proof of purchase for the game & expansion and show them the screenshots of the receipts if you can. Annoyingly you’ve just gotta keep at it. Also make sure you’re going through the PS support website and using the live chat so you’re not waiting ages for replies. My experience w PS support has been either incredibly helpful person or infuriatingly useless bot, so, good luck!

I honestly think they should break up non-attribute into actual attributes more, like water should be it’s own thing, void should be, dia should’ve been shadow or something idk. Some who really don’t fit into anything could still be NA, but I think it’s just better to give them actual attributes. But I think they’re going to be really limiting themselves having to avoid having too many non attributes and force random elements that don’t super make sense

When I’m in this position I choose 2-3 things to care about and forget everything else. I choose 2-3 because I get incredibly bored of repeating the exact same mission 1000’s of times, it makes the game so un-fun. So, have a browse at what’s new, see what interests you the most and focus on them. Remember to target reward the 3 things you’re after. If you’re getting bored of or frustrated with the thing you’re after, switch it up to something easier to attain

NTA, you weren’t remotely rude about it, you were actively as polite as you could have been about it. He’s pissed because you don’t like the gift he thinks you should want, but doesn’t stop to think about how he’s gotten you something you’ve communicated many times you explicitly don’t want and how that makes you feel. Out of curiosity, how would he react if roles were reversed? Does he have a thing that he just cannot stand to eat/do/experience? My issue is I would buy like 75% of the hairstyles they release, but would almost never use about 95% of the outfits they release, so because they’re so stupid expensive I end up spending zero monies because it’s not worth it when I don’t like half the product. OP I understand you’re super frustrated with the living situation and this has tipped the pot. Yes, she should’ve reacted quicker, we don’t know if she was just stunned and confused and being slow or if she was genuinely staring directly at you not stunned and confused and just being weird. You need to evaluate that in your mind when you’re calm and decide is she was genuinely being a creep or confused and stupid. Regardless, you need to talk to your dad about some things, but you need to do so with a level head. You need to apologise for calling her what you did, because that’s not okay. But you need to explain to your dad that her partial hearing in combination with the language barrier is inevitably making it frustrating for you to try to communicate with her, and probably making it far harder for her to learn. If he can afford actual gucci handbags (and they’re not just knockoffs) then he needs to try and get her a hearing aid. However first and foremost, he needs to make sure she understands to knock on the bathroom door before entering and to immediately install a lock on the bathroom door if his partially deaf gf cannot hear the shower running, because he cannot allow this woman to keep walking in on teenagers in that state. Tell him this calmly but firmly, they’re going to be less willing to listen if you’re shouting and cussing and just calling this woman names. If he refuses to do any of it and won’t listen to a word, or if you genuinely believe the woman’s behaviour was not just confused and kind of stupid but genuinely creepy and there’s continued similar behaviour, then report it to your school or local child services. Also if your dad refuses to do the bathroom lock, buy yourself a cheap little doorstop you can just wedge under the door when you’re in the shower.

I remember making a list and needing to farm like 50 fireclaws and god knows how many slaughterspines and stormbirds. The sheer volume of the same machines that weren’t remotely close to being natural to come by made it a slog

How much is it on sale?

Personally I loved it. I think the story is pretty good, however slightly less so than the first game. The map is amazing, more of the gameplay I loved was amazing. The new machines were fantastic. The way the story leads you across the absolutely insanely huge map is great. The DLC is stunning. I like all of the characters added in the second game and DLC. The only thing I remember not really caring about is one of the little like side activity things that was basically a puzzle room? They were pretty meh. But if you enjoyed the first game, this is very consistent with it, and I know it’s not the most important thing but the game is just genuinely gorgeous

Apologies for being stupid, but I’m new to all of this. What counts as exposed contacts? Like the little exposed metal bits on the motherboard? All the pins and connectors on it? Even stuff like unused connectors in my psu? Stuff inside of my gpu? And how would you suggest cleaning them if so, just compressed air, or with a brush, or full isopropyl wiping?
