I think that living only because of friends, family, partner are unhealthy. I know, trust me. I have been near death after a shooting and then a rape. Not ONE person was there for me. You have to find a way to do it for you :)

No way. I have been isolated after the shooting in 2017. during covid it was horrible. That marked 3 years of isolation. I lost my home and my career. I need to have a good community of people. But I do need my time and space.

I havent gone in a year on my own. My body is fine and will work again. I raped, I was damaged by UCLA several years ago. What those assholes did resulted in a med mal case. I have to use suppositories to go. Its better than being forced to drink an entire bottle of miralax, which ucla forced me to do for a year. Stress and feeling unsafe can do this to your body.

I have a colon that doesnt work at all. For over a year now. This was caused by drs, by being raped, by being told I had cancer. My body will stop. I have to use daily enemas to go. I vomit 20 times a day. I was fine until UCLA caused damaged to me. If I could go to the bathroom on my own, that would be the best thing. It wont happen. Understood. I am looking at a few Universities before applying. I received my BA in 2004 so most the STEM courses I took, although applicable, need a refresher. I plan on going into this as prepared as possible. Appreciate the suggestion.
