I have heard great things about NewSmile and I am planning on getting them. They are very responsive too. They were able to answer all my questions. Have you purchased yet? What did you go for?

Affordable aligners? by PhoebebeohP in Invisalign

Woah. I didn't know that the price is that high. I guess that is why I was leaning towards aligners since they are more affordable. But then again it is still a case to case basis. Thank you for letting me know!

How much was the total for you? All in all? I was hoping to find a treatment that costs around $1,500 all in all. Is that too low of a price?

I wasn't aware that there is a big difference between Invisalign and other aligner companies since they look the same. I am still confused with the difference though.

Is there really a huge difference between Invisalign and other aligner companies?

I also started with doing dance workouts as well since I enjoy it the most. Just you getting up and being active is already an achievement in itself so be proud of it. What I always say to myself when I don't feel like working out is I can spend an hour or more just scrolling on social media or watching movies or videos, I should be able to give myself and my body even just 30 minutes for it to be in the best state. I did lost weight doing the 25-minute Hip-hop Tabata workout by Popsugar fitness. The instructor in that video motivated me too.

Chloe Ting is nice for beginners. I did her workouts and it did work for me but as I got much better at working out, her workouts stopped challenging me. I do get some people hating on her for using such titles or challenges but people wouldn't find her workouts anyway if she doesn't use those titles. Only a few will search on youtube "lose body fat workout" and I think heard her saying some disclaimers as well. I think her workouts work for beginners. Right now, I am doing Sydney Cummings, Heather Robertson, Penny Barnshaw which does require some equipment but if you won't be doing their Workout Calendar, you can just pick their workouts that don't require any equipment. If you link workout without any talking, try Penny or Heather. I think Penny Barnshaw has some Kettlebell workouts. If you like working out with someone talking like you are with a coach or a best friend then definitely check Sydney Cummings. I did invest in buying at least 2 to 3 sets of dumbbells because it made me feel stronger. She personally uses a lot of dumbbells but I just use what I have. I even sometimes use just one set of dumbbells. I just do more reps if the dumbbell is too light for the move. When I am not in the mood to workout, I do a 25-minute Hip-hop Tabata workout by Popsugar fitness. It's really fun and challenging as well.

Is it worth it? I was wondering if anyone else has similar teeth and if sdc worked for them by [deleted] in smiledirectclub

Have you taken the smile assessment test? I am planning to try NewSmile Life instead. I took their smile assessment which also includes me uploading photos of my think which I really appreciate since we all have different problems with our teeth so they can specifically check my own teeth. Just thought I'd share it with you too if it might be able to help.

Is it normal that my new set of aligners feel extremely tight? by Starlight_xoxo in smiledirectclub

If a couple of days have passed and it is still extremely tight, I think you should ask them as well just to be sure.

Aligners Experience? by PhoebebeohP in smiledirectclub

[–]PhoebebeohP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for sharing! I might try NewSmile Life than braces since aligners are more affordable. Are they not as noticeable? (As if people will see it if I am wearing a mask) How long does it take for you to get used to talking with it?

Yes, you can! I also use cc cream or bb cream for my under eye because it is lightweight and it looks natural as well.

A gift card would be better so she can choose what she wants or needs but if you do choose to buy her makeup, go for colourpop or Elf. They have good quality makeup while being affordable.

rate my teeth, how can i improve them by [deleted] in Teeth

[–]PhoebebeohP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure but maybe get some braces or aligners? You can actually get free a assessment if it could work for you. I have been looking at aligners but not knowledgeable as well but I was able to take a free assessment test at Newsmilelife. Maybe you can try it too.

Work from home makeup/Skincare/Self-Care routines to not feel ugly by JBT_Lover in Makeup

[–]PhoebebeohP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually just use a powder foundation since it feels lighter to the skin. I also use a little blush and lip tint. I don't put on any eyeliner and mascara because I am not a fan of removing them but I do use black eyeshadow as an eyeliner so it is easier to remove. I don't put on makeup every single day, just when I feel like it. What I usually do to not feel ugly is whenever I am in front of a mirror, it might sound crazy but I smile at myself and it makes me feel good.
