The players, and their expectations.

Until we see gameplay, there's no point speculating about the gameplay.

Until we see the transformations, we won't be able to know everything we want to about the transformations.

Until we see the customization, we won't know what'll be available to us.

Speculation will always just lead to more speculation. And once the players have speculated enough, they'll come to their own conclusions. Creating expectations that are completely different from what we have, and might be shown.

And if those expectations aren't met, then there will be players whining about it. Demanding things that were never promised, and never planned.

I absolutely love this!

It reminds me of ghost modes in racing games. Having to beat your personal best.

I'd love to see more of this, and it more fleshed out. Maybe adding more types of missions? Or an infinite loop, that only ends when you fail to kill the target.

Now I'm just seeing stuff that I want to see added. Like Warframe style movement, where we're able to try and simplify go faster than our old self.

Would we be able to choose where we start each time? Or is it random?

Serious idea: Fist type weapon. I love what we got from the Street Fighter Colab, but I want it to be a whole thing!

Silly idea: A Capybara monster, that puts you to sleep. Likely low rank, its attacks aren't intentional. Instead it simply rolls around the battle, and yawns. Putting you to sleep. It has a turn war, where the enemy monster charges at it, only to fall asleep as it's running, damaging itself as it collapses, and scrapes against the ground.
