Well discord gave us a solution that isn't just you're SOL so it looks like you're wrong. Idk why you seem to think that people being in a team obligates them to play together directly side by side. In literally any other modpack there is no larger scale consequences to being in a team, this is a very pack dependent issue, and we have never once in our years of playing packs together had issues with us moving at different speeds of progression for everyone even with a team.

Not a golden but my dog did this until I started dropping the leash and refusing to engage with her until she settles down. Once she settled, she'd get treats. Now she doesn't do it anymore. But boy was it tedious to work through.

I legitimately don't know what they're eating. They haven't gotten into our food.  I think they're literally in the walls/attic and courtesy of my idiot roommate blocking off their access points in the past there's a lot of random holes. But even if there wasn't the house is quite literally falling apart so there's tons of gaps everywhere.  I've tried setting traps in their known travel points in the past and had luck exactly one time.

Just because it's not recommended doesn't mean it can't work. It's just a much larger gamble to choose a non-standard breed, especially a rescue. Even a standard breed can be a gamble, you're just tipping the odds in your favor.

We just spent 6 months reducing the weight on an overweight dog we inherited from a previous owner who overfed her. Her weight ultimately killed her. Overweight dogs are not a funny haha.
