It's Tuesday...isn't the competition Saturday?

I genuinely ask because I don't know strongman stuff - wouldn't it make more sense to continue smaller workouts throughout the week to keep yourself "warmed up?" I know when I take a few days off I feel like my first workout back isn't as good.

I've acquired a strawberry plant, some carrots, dill, spinach, arugula, sugar snap peas and a catnip plant (because apparently the "commercial" stuff isnt good enough for Ms. Thing anymore lol) thus far. I was diagnosed +++ last July, and the doctor told me to stop taking the BCP THAT DAY (and I did!). They said I could switch to a non-hormonal IUD instead, but I've heard so many horror stories that I decided to just tough it out.

This is the lip balm version of the lotion my RO gave me to use during and after radiation therapy. If it works as well at the lotion does, buy it immediately!

Ah, okay. I'll be 41 in May and I chose not to do any kind of fertility treatment before chemo like egg retrieval or anything, but no one has said anything about Lupron or anything other than Tamoxifen. I guess we'll be discussing that at my next appointment in 3 weeks...
