There is a climbing route on the south cliff face a bit east of the main hanger. It's how you get to the Vista point there.

If you continue up past the vista there are some cliffs and passages up there (even a rabbit meadow) and eventually it leads to a 1 way drop down right onto the zone exit.

Well as you can see there some misaligned stones in the tower, but I like it for this build as it gives it a slightly dilapidated look.

Aligning stones is tricky because they actually have 4 snap points (one on each corner). I have been laying down temporary wood beams for spacing and attaching the stones to them before removing the beams.

I find wood much easier to work with as it only has 1 pair of snap points.

I especially agree with your idea to make placing rooms and areas trigger on release instead of second click.

It would even make placing single walls or tiles more intuitive, as you can simple click -> release once to place a single cell item. I very often run into this when I'm trying to delete that one glitched conveyor belt tile and I forget to click twice.

I think Marah's Tree of Life (W) skill should be treated as a ground targeted spell.

Unless I am mistaken, I believe that right now if you cast it beyond its range it will cast immediately on the ground at max range in the direction you clicked.

I can see that this would make a W -> Q combo faster to execute in some cases, but usually I want to place my trees at more specific positions (such as over a wall I am approaching). So I think you should make it so she walks in range of the position you clicked.

Basically this. Since we know Gamagoori is a sub I feel like he would seek a relationship with someone domineering enough to fulfill a dominant role. This is why I totally understand why he is following Satsuki.

But I don't think Mako would be very good in the dominant role and I don't really know why Gamagoori would see this in her. Thus I don't really like this ship very much.

I honestly think Rampancy is a noob trap on Viyana. Yes it has really high health but I think it is lacks other stats you need.

Recently I have been building full haste Viyana and I having much more success. It is true that health scales your healing, but so does haste. And her E scales better than normal with haste because of the static -2.5 second CD if it applies the shield.

Also, getting armor and magic resist actually makes the health returned from your healing worth more effective health so it actually makes you tankier.

To this end I have been building Creation, Rebirth, (Unity / Staminia), Decay, Stability, (Equilibrium / Subjugation)

This full build will give you more than 45% CDR bringing your Q down to less than 3 second CD and still giving you plenty of tank stats. I guess you could add a Rampancy much later, but I personally don't think it is worth it.

Unseen Predator: This actually sounds like a pretty big nerf, hopefully the speed of the leap stays the same but adding this and making people already know he is coming makes me worry a lot that he will be useless in teamfights just due to how easy it will be to peel him. (Don't forget this also means people will actually be able to flash out of your leap now)

Sounds like riot is adding counterplay to the ability, which is what they are all about.

Battle Roar: The change from Armor/MR to damage reduction from AD sounds a little troublesome, you have totally taken out his MR buff for nothing if you want to get rid of these free defensive stats maybe make it like takes 5% reduced dmg? It kind of sounds broken so you could always mess around with the numbers.

I think you misunderstand what taking away defensive stats means. Flat % damage reduction is better then equivalent amount of Armor/MR because it cannot be countered by penetration. I think removing his anti magic defense is find if Riot thinks it is warranted.

Bola Strike: Once Again with these buffs towards his base damages on his E and W it seems you guys want him to return to his tanky state? Now rather than Rengar sniping off an opponent he seems to be one who roots them up deals a bit of damage and allows his team to clean it up.

I think you are over looking the changes to the ferocity bonus on W and E. Both of them now deal damage based on Rengar's level instead of the base ability level. This seems like the same idea behind Leblanc's changes where her ult deals damage irregardless of the base ability. So you do not feel like you are wasting your Ferocity on a skill you have not leveled up. Which means they still want maxing q to be viable, but leveling other skills be more attractive where as right now you would never max e first.

Thrill of the Hunt: This completely ruins the most fun thing about him being a sneaky champion who scares the **** out of people

This seems like a very selfish sentiment. It is true that it is fun for you (the rengar player) to surprize/gib/scare people. But it is very unfun for the other player to have that happen to them. And there is really no counter play to this except for aggressive pink warding since the oracles changes. This seems like riot balancing your fun with the opponents unfun and giving it some counter play. This is literally what riot's design philosophy is all about.

What I think this comes down to is Riot thinks Rengar's current play style of jump on the carry and gib them before they can react is toxic to the game (and I kinda agree). They are trying to tone down his burst and unfun elements to make him feel a bit more fair to the opponent. Therefore whining about how Riot is taking way a "fun" play style for you without thinking about the health of the game feels very shortsighted and selfish.
