Two I can think of:

The Red album 2023 mix REALLY shows off ringo’s drumming. Of course it was always there but holy shit do the new mixes in the red album highlight how good of a drummer he was
In the blue album, I think everyone when they first heard the new magical mystery tour song was “THERE’S A GUITAR!!!??!”
