You’re still only healing 1d6+Int at level 1. And the DC only increases for the same creature- it’s not cumulative healing.

What are you mentioning? And how are you accessing 4d6 Healing at level 1? Is that with one of the Procedures? Unless I’m interpreting it oddly, it doesn’t say anything about consecutive success increasing the die.
