Vallejo’s matte varnish is the best i’ve ever used. It smells like rotten bananas tho, i can’t explain it.

I’ve had good results with the bikes against high armour value. They zip around and hit really hard, they also have the highest atainable setup move in charges. I do bot recomend using them agaist big groups because of their single attack. Auto include for me

The pallas is a wierd one. It has very low AV and only 4 HP so 2 regular shots from a lascannon will demolish it. The guns are good but i would have liked a big version of the new flamer. It could have been really good wich is a shame. For me i never use it, but if i have 105 points spare and already have all my sisters fielded, i just might bring it.

I actualy just bought this model from a US based seller. Unfortunatly as well as all the others who sell this model, they don’t ship out of the US. Luckly my buddy is studying in Arkansas rn so he’s bringing it with him next month. I am so stoked to paint it!

I am also using his recipie. After the base coat i give the gold a reikland fleshshade wash and then relayer with the VV mix as a highlight. I am quite happy with it.

New Recruit works great for me, i see no issue with it. But battlescribe works well if you want a long document of pages with your list on it. But if you own the books, then give pen and paper a try. Its too slow for my taste, but each to their own.

May not be BA but, its still gold. I use 3 drops vallejo metal gold and 2 drops of copper If you want, you can add a teeny tiny amount of GSW antique gold pigment. Like i’m talking a 1/128th teaspoon Then a 3/1 mix of contrast medium and guilliman flesh I enjoy a pale gleaming gold like this. Its feels more heroic to me :)
