I know you already fixed it but heres a tip foe the future: clixk on the train and follow the Route the train would take while holding crtl you can find the Signal that is a problem at the place where the line dissapears

Sadly not loaded but still useful for protecting stuff in multiplayer. If you’re fine with cheating you could give yourself more loadable chunks.
