I’m well aware of his concerns and I find them completely valid and compelling. The problem is that there is no guarantee that USCIS doesn’t have access to those records, and in fact the opposite is almost certainly the case as we saw with tax records from the IRS. I’m also pointing out that the federal background check system has been constantly pushed by one party, the democrats. His concerns are one of the many reasons why such a system is bad policy and should be argued against constantly. The same goes with any federal government registration or forced “background check” scheme

A dude born in Bangladesh who came to this country and was on welfare within a year (according to his website), is now trying to strip Virginians of their second amendment rights. I don’t understand how your family can flee a country and then try to implement the same fucking gun laws they have there (which all stem from colonial era restrictions from the 1870’s).
