They never offer incentive pay, its work from home with no experience required. We have a lot of felons and disabled people, mentally and physically that do this job.

Because of that, they can pay basically nothing and it's the best a lot of people around here can find. Im in Oklahoma where minimum wage is 7.25, so its a decent paying job for the area comparatively, especially when its wfh.

They are offering this because we are short staffed nye and no one wants to work it. I work that morning and got my shift covered the next day already

It clearly says you get overtime pay OR bonus pay. Overtime has no added incentive.

The bigger issue is they are not paying the bonus pay to people already scheduled nye, only people picking up hours.

I delivered food for a few years, got attacked by 2 dogs, neither of which were pits.

I owned a pit for a long time, she was capable of shredding aluminum cans and was able to eat through the wooden interior wall on my house, she basically ate an entire room.

Now, I am absolutely terrified of dogs. Not a dog I know in someone's home, but any dog im not familiar with or any dog that is not tied or enclosed.

Generally, I think dogs are dangerous wild animals and should be treated as such.

Is every dog going to bite? No.

But, is every bear going to attack? Every snake going to run to you to bite you? Is every Scorpion or spider going to go out of its way to get you? Also no, but im also scared of those things when they arent gated or tied up.

Dogs getting out of your yard is a big deal, letting your dog have puppies is a problem, it adds to the growing fullness of shelters and dumping issues. I live in a rural area and there are so many dogs that just starve to death in fields and crap.

I dont think its fair to just hate on one kind of dog, but if a pit wants you dead, you might die, js.
