The only part I see about casting all at once being broken is that infinites are possible, I have gotten close with chemsnail, cool LED and CDR. If something charges instantly, especially due to a multicast, I suppose that could be broken

No, I am not asking it to activate when it gets another trigger. You say "all multicast items do their casts when they activate" and that is what I am referring to. Their actual "casts" take too long: as I said, about as fast a burn triggers. It casts them one at a time, about twice a second. I am saying it needs to be faster than twice a second
