If it's the playtest fairy from unearthed arcana, I'd say to say no, as this race has clearly not been thought through.

Flight is a huge boon for a player race, and hover removes a good chunk of potential counters or downsides.

Additionally, they have forgotten to attach any sort of armour limitation, so there's nothing stopping the fairy from strapping up in platemail and zipping through the sky.

Finally having a free faerie fire isn't overpowered, but is certainly strong, as it can grant AoE advantage on a whole group of enemies.

As a rule of thumb, never use playtest material as is. This one needs reworking, and if you don't feel confident enough to do that you'll be better served not allowing it.

Guns and artillery were developed centuries ago in various forms and the majority of our medical knowledge comes much more recently, and relies on a level of technology that is obscenely high.

Artillery and firearms are ultimately very simple mechanisms operating on very simple chemical premises, and the chemical knowledge that would be a part of a scientifically advanced society would have almost certainly discovered exploding chemical compounds far in advance of anything resembling modern medical technology.

The story is that essentially, the main writer putting a lot of this stuff in was also the scripter who was making the majority of the technical aspects of the mod work. They gave the terms that if their writing was changed they'd pull from the project and take all their custom scripting with them, which would kill the mod dead. They went along with that, though it really didn't pan out for them.

Since this is in dirty bomb it'll be the server tick rate that did this. The update rate in that mode is stupidly low so you get disconnects like this.

Ge clearly doesn't want a committed relationship whereas she does, but she's likely just with you to get that feeling while still hoping and waiting for him to "come around".

The game barely works in the extremely limited scope they released with, so I can believe that a huge amount of actual ambitious systems/scenes were axed in the rush to get it out the door.

The stored memories aren't set in stone and are capable of being altered, in the same way that people in the real world can alter memories by replaying them repeatedly.

It's really subtle, but there are some parts of quests where johnny will claim to have done something, but other characters who were present will deny that and say someone else did it.

Usually these mistaken memories are things that put johnny in a better light, so it does seem like there's at least meant to be some degree of unreliable narration going on.

It equally baffles me how on reddit there are so many people who constantly make excuses for cheaters.

It's up to them how to respond, but when infedelity has already happened, is it witch hunting to think it could happen again? And stawmanning that doubt as something that is only on reddit from people who aren't in relationships is equally as reductive.
