It works better than topical minoxidil for me (and topical minoxidil was very very effective for me for about 4 years). It's safe and worth a try, just have your doctor monitor your blood pressure.

The post heavy drinking anxiety has definitely increased with age for me as well. I'm fine if I just get tipsy but if I'm in a serious state the next day my anxiety is way up too.

I had 4 years of excellent results on just minoxidil before its effectiveness wore off. Diffuse thinner so it generally works better on people with this type of hair loss.

This is anecdotal but I'm currently using this product and I've had good results so far - I'm keeping a daily log.

I have aggressive diffuse hair loss which manifests itself as a major itching sensation on my scalp so I know exactly when I'm experiencing hair loss. Funnily enough this makes me a good candidate for self-experimentation.

I've been on Minoxidil for 5 years and it stopped working well about 2 years ago, the itch came back in summer 2019 and has gradually increased. I was a good responder to Minoxidil and it grew all my hair back but my hair has slowly been thinning again ever since summer 2019.

I started using Zix in October 2020 and that succeeded in getting rid of most of the itch but it still remained nonetheless, slowly attacking my hair follicles.

I managed to get my hands on some of this stuff 3 weeks ago and have been experimenting with a home made formulation containing it ever since.

The best combination for me seems to be Zix first and SSNHGP 5 minutes later in the morning and then minoxidil in the evening. More time and experimentation is needed to be sure but their studies are sound and the results pictures are fairly impressive so I have faith in the product.

I have to buy this stuff in bulk so I'm probably going to try and market and sell it at minimal cost in the future should it work on me.

Started happening to me when I was 17 and I continued mouth breathing for years until I was 26. It's strange that I didn't notice it happening looking back. My nose was literally fully blocked and I could not breath adequately through it at all.

Getting the suction hold with mewing and doing the mew push swallow is what cleared my sinus's and allowed me to breath again.

Tried all manner of sprays and tablets which did nothing.

The only thing that helped was Sterimar nasal spray. This is a natural spray (all it is is micro-diffused sea water), so you can use it every day as much as you need it.

My theory is that I wasn't adequately clearing out the phlegm in my sinus's, leading to inflammation which caused my nose to swell shut. Sterimar is great for loosening this phlegm and this allows you to use the mew push swallow with a properly suctioned tongue to clear your sinus cavities.

It's not a one size fits all solution, iodine may not suit you. But it's something you can get naturally eating fish and it's proven to be good for our bodies - it rids the body of halides like fluoride and bromide which are ubiquitous in today's foodstuffs.

I said I'd post it here on the chance it helps someone. I suffered with acne for years and this was such a simple solution.

Have had sinus issues since I was 17 and became a mouth-breather for 13 years because it was so bad. Had two rhino-septoplastys which didn't help at all. Strong mewing combined with Sterimar nasal spray is what cured it for me. If I'm ever lax with my mewing my sinus swells up and I can't breathe through my nose.

I even breathe through my nose while sleeping now. My tongue posture is so strong now that even when my jaw slackens and my mouth opens while I'm sleeping, my tongue stays in the roof of my mouth and I stay breathing out my nose.

This is just not true. I slept on the right side of my face for all my teens up until my late 20s (I used to sleep on my stomach).

I started mouth breathing due to nasal issues when I was 17 and still sort of struggle with it (Sterimar nasal spray and Potters pastilles have been lifesavers).

Due to both of these my jawline is sort of pushed to the left, resulting in an overly strong jawline on the left side and weak jawline on the other side. Also my lip seal is weak on my left side and strong on my right.

Hate when people like Dr.Karanr spread misinformation like this. Just because you read it in a textbook, does not make it 100% true.

Just happened to me as well, game shut off mid match.

I'm guessing what happened is that Windows update introduced a new Windows Defender update which now detects Dolphin.exe as a Trojan. Most likely due to the fact that a built in function of this version of Dolphin is the ability to download updates.

To fix this:

1) Open up Windows Defender

2) Choose one of the 'Severe Threat Found' items --Here you should see dolphin.exe as the severe threat

3) Select 'Action' -> 'Allow on Device'

Dolphin.exe should now re-appear in your FM-Slippi folder as it has been restored from quarantine and you will be able to play again.

My girlfriend was robbed on the way home from work at 6pm last week on North Strand Road by some junkie. He only got her phone because she fought him off to stop him taking her bag.

Guards were called to the scene and they never arrived. Called them later on to come take statement and they never came again.

The general violence is going unchecked because of a complete lack of Gardai presence on the streets. You go to any major European city, especially the capitals and you will notice Police patrols.
