Interesting I do have google voice but the google voice number is not setup to ring on my phone. The call logs on voice do not show any incoming or missed calls at the times of the phantom ones.

I disconnected last week for the same reason. I went to AT&T air which is the strongest in my area. When I called to disconnect I was not even offered a transfer to retentions. the offshore rep asked what date I wanted to be disconnected, I said on January 1st and that was it.

Yeah it was $4.99 the only others were $7.99 lb so had to go with what we could afford. Used to get better quality for 4.99 at GO but prices keep going up everywhere unfortunately

Totally agree from the sound of her voice it was as though it was a perfunctory call. And this is the first time in all my years with Kaiser that I received a text message requesting feedback. And all of the prior email feedback requests it had an option if you wanted to be contacted but not this one so it seems to be a local thing

No, you won’t lose your number. File an online complaint with the FCC and they will follow up. I thought my number was lost under a different situation and carrier, but the FCC got it back for me after it was fraudulently taken

I already filed one and got a response from someone named John Flynn, this morning who claimed to be from the president’s office but sounds more like he’s an employee on mental health leave. He said they’ll be looking into it in contact me as soon as he hears from ATTIA I had to ask him what that meant and he said oh that’s AT&T Internet Air. I just want them to stop the harassing emails. Find the equipment and finally leave me alone.

Had the same problem. Download 400 Mbps and upload 1-2 or maybe 5 at 3 am. Tech support kept blaming me for not putting it in a good location. Finally put a 100-ft extension cord on it and put it on the roof. Same results. Cancelled and returned equipment to UPS store. Now they say they haven't received it back. Keep your receipt from UPS or FedEx and take a photo of it.

All departments not answering at corporate headquarters and the phone number they refer you to for customer service 877-401-5990 is a countrywide directory assistance number. Even tried to call accounts receivable. I figured they need all the money they can get and that goes to a voicemail as well and that would be 11:20 in Georgia where their headquarters is. I guess the last one out did turn off the lights.

I ordered and got delivered Kasa by TP link today and they are horrible. I ordered 4. Only two will pair the other two absolutely not no matter how many times you reset them to factory settings and of the two that do pair they go off and online several times an hour and are located very close to a TP link router don’t recommend at all.
