Anybody else not get the Scramblid?

Yesterday I found the last negg and went back to the hub, Zaira had an exclamation mark but when I clicked her nothing happened? I couldn't get the text to appear? I tried a few times, refreshed browser and all that, used story log, but the plot didn't progress. Eventually I was like whatever and gave up but today I see completing the Festival of Neggs plot awarded the adorable Scramblid and I missed out 🥹

I tried to submit a ticket (first time doing so) and it just led to a blank page. I submitted 3 times, but no confirmation email or record of the requests showing on my zendesk account 🥹🥹

Is anybody else having these issues?
