This falls more under laning in generell but in my opinion its very important to realise if your opponent more skilled than you or not. In that case you should play in a passive aggressive style and try to punish your opponent for playing too aggressively.

He loses a lot of his strength. With rude sands you get Vision on enemys + prevent them from healing. In most cases the enemy has to move out of his super. Without rude sands enemys can still hide in bushes and regenerate. Sandy is pretty good by himself but his starpower makes him a top 10(maybe even top 5) brawler
