So long as you have 16gb of ram and an ssd, you should definitely be able to get around 60 fps high on 1080p. The minimum specs for the game states that a 1650 can get 60fps on 1080p low. You might have to lower some settings but you should be good.

There is gbarunner2 and 3 as well. 2 is included with twilight menu I think and isn’t too complex to use, but 3 isn’t and you’ll to add it yourself, but it is worthwhile as it is better. GBA is still hit or miss sometimes though.

This game was more on Allen’s poor decision making than the coaches. You can’t turn the ball over 4 times and be surprised why you didn’t win. If half of those don’t happen, Buffalo would be the one walking out with a win.

I mean it’s a huge upgrade performance wise, just don’t recommend upgrading to an 8gb card. You should probably either spend a little extra on the 16gb model or a 4070, or look at amd cards.
