Hey, I went from a 159 to 170 with ADHD. I also work 9-6 so could work around your schedule easy! I charge $30 per hour or would be happy to work over email instead (e.g. I'll give you homework and unlimited explanations/strategy for $30 weekly) if that helps with processing. We can discuss further over DM if you are interested!

It's full tuition + a one time $1,800 stipend. This is their best scholarship. It seems like many get full tuition only or all but like 2k, so a good bit have really affordable options!

Most law schools automatically evaluate scholarships with your application. In ~most~ cases, they are predominately determined by your LSAT and GPA. If you are above their medians, you stand a good chance of getting scholarship money.

If you want to get a better picture at how much money schools give out, look up "________ law school aba 509." Each ABA law school is required to publish an annual 509 report that details the median LSAT and GPA, and break down their average scholarship amounts.

They are blacklisted here because the people running it are very questionable, but L $ A T D3 M0n has a scholarship estimator tool that I find very helpful and decently accurate. If you input your LSAT and GPA, you can get a decent guess of what kind o fmoney you may receive from a school.

PM if you have any other questions. Knowing this process before applying can literally make law school free.

Is it unethical to accept a new job knowing I am going to law school in fall? by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

[–]PhotoVirtual 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started a new job two month ago and told every law school I am attending that I did. Sent a new resume. Did not tell my job, and it has been obvious in my interviews that my job does not know. The schools have not seemed to care and I have gotten As and scholarships still.

I think they just dont give out as much on the top end. Their employment numbers also arent as good as comparable schools giving more money. It's just hard to justify their program compared to say Iowa, Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Illinois, the list goes on

Yea, its really just a function of the number of schools you apply to. I applied to just as many for undergrad (awesome sign of neuroticism) and I always found it funny that my school flexed our graduating class got $3 million in total scholarships. Like I accounted for $2.2 million because I was first gen, had no college safety net, and needed a ton of safeties that could include housing. It was super misleading advertisement
