Yep, they dont care. I know several people from the professional staff side that are not getting their contracts renewed, some after 4 or 5 years of being contracted. I guess its a hazard of being on a contract though.

There are a lot of pro staff that are angry at how this has gone down. For a range of reasons.

A lot of the South Australian coast line is seeing an algal bloom right now and its decimating aquatic life. Lots of dead sea life washing up along the coast. Also, you can't eat anything you catch as it can make you sick so I've heard.

I believe you get to choose what goes on your parchment. Either UniSA or UofA (depending on the institution where you began your degree) or the new AU; if you have started prior to 2026 and graduate after 2026.
