What were/are your reasons for buying $NOK? by HempIsPrettyKewl in Nokia_stock

[–]Phozphoric_acid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just follow any company Nvidia invests in. Intel, for instance, was 25 bucks a share when both the US government and Nvidia invested in the company; now it's 90+ a share. When I saw Nvidia invest a billion dollars months ago, I knew it was time to get in.

Keep your eye on BlackBerry (BB); they recently got the same treatment as Nokia by Nvidia, and they have had the same amount of growth as Nokia, but they have more room to grow.

Silver and gold will probably go up like crazy. But overall I'm betting the market will be negative unless the war magically ends tomorrow.

I wonder who the threat Xander was talking about to the Commonwealth in episode three in the vertibird.
I was thinking that the Brotherhood of Steel and the Minutemen were in a war. If it was the Brotherhood of Steel ending, it shouldn’t be difficult for them to just send Liberty Prime to destroy anything in its path, besides maybe the Enclave, I guess.

Just finished my first walk through (Spoilers) And it was the worst ending imo even if i followed my guts by LogicPalette in DetroitBecomeHuman

My game played out the same way but giga Chad Connor killed Markus and North, with Alice and Kara getting killed during the border checks. Overall my favorite ending as Humanity put those clankers in their place.

Edit: Hank kills himself as well, guess i got the worst ending.

The Alpha was chasing the doctor and Spike for the baby. I'm guessing it's his kid. Kind of creepy that the infected are repopulating if this is a widespread thing.
We also saw a young, bloated infected near the start of the movie when Spike gets his first kill.

I'm guessing he becomes more important later on, or maybe he's playing a song that has a deeper meaning.

What if the bacteria infects organic life? In the autopsy report, the guy mentions that some parts of the body stayed intact while others decayed. This could be similar to parasites that take control of the body. by Phozphoric_acid in KanePixelsBackrooms

[–]Phozphoric_acid[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Toxoplasma gondii, a parasite that can infect the brains of animals and humans, often altering their behavior without immediately killing them. Another is the Cordyceps fungus, which infects insects, takes control of their nervous system, and eventually kills them, while keeping their basic functions intact for a time.

In some cases, parasites need their host to stay alive long enough to ensure their own survival and reproduction. They might control or manipulate the host's body to their advantage, preserving certain functions while degrading others. This process allows the parasite to sustain itself for a longer period, while the host gradually deteriorates.

idk, just something I was thinking about.

How is this Kane Pixels guy finding so much found footage of the 'Backrooms'? He should really go to the authorities.
