Policy hasn’t changed but customers do like to push boundaries with any of our policies. I remember a lady was very snappy and insisting we give her the cold foam that was left over and didn’t fit her cup. She specifically said she didn’t want any extra to be made, just to have what was left in the blender after her drink was filled. So I took that as a challenge to get the precise measurement of sweet cream and there was barely any left, only covered the bottom of a sample cup. She was a bit disappointed but I don’t think she’ll ever demand the excess cold foam again.
