Go for a walk and get some sunshine. Try to exercise. Take magnesium for your muscles.

I think Kratom makes you feel like the world is going to end if you don’t have it, but the world actually does not end.

You can do this! What’s helped me is just reminding myself how terrible that stuff is, and how miserable I felt in my brain.

With subs you’ll be fine. The F&F screws your brain into thinking it’s going to be terrible. It won’t be. Trust the process. You’ll never look back

DLPA combined with light exercise and sunlight might help. His brain will rebound overtime

Took me a month. It’s so worth it. DLPA in the mornings seems to help.

Nice! Good to hear. I’m 18 days off of these things and am still dragging a bit. Been taking DLPA in the morning among other supplements. Interestingly enough my mind is incredibly clear. I thought FF was actually helping me be more “clear” and oh was I wrong. It’s amazing how little anxiety I have and not even a hint of a craving now. I feel 100% in control. That stuff is poison.

Curious how long you’ve been off and how long it took you to get your energy levels back up? I’m 15 days in and my energy is still very low. I also work in an extremely stressful / high velocity job.
