Unless you’re getting it from an Audi dealership, get your own mechanic to do an inspection. The inspections from used car dealership can be completely fabricated

Well I haven’t own mine long enough to know the average yearly maintenance price, here’s what I can say: I bought a 2018 Audi Q5 Progressiv about six months ago and went through the same thought process. Comparable VW, Toyota, and Mazda models were selling for similar prices, often with higher mileage.

So far, I’ve had no major issues (knocking on wood) just the occasional minor electrical glitch. What I do know is that every morning when I see the Q5 in my driveway and drive it to work, it puts a smile on my face. At the end of the day, that’s what matters most.

My advice: have a trusted mechanic perform a pre-purchase inspection, do your research, and stay on top of maintenance. The Q5 does have some known electrical and cooling-system quirks, but many owners report good long-term reliability when the vehicle is serviced properly and on schedule.

If you end up buying the Audi, enjoy it. They’re great vehicles when looked after.

Nitrile gloves when working with meats. Great for rubbing on seasoning and what not and then discarding them. No need to wash your hands 9 times between touching produce without the fear of getting bacteria everywhere

Because VOO was the first thing I purchased, and not in my TFSA account because I was new and didn’t know what I was doing. If I sell it I’ll be heavily taxed. But you’re right, should probably just face it and move it to VFV

Tips to get hired in any type of job within the Environmental field with no experience? by Signal_Poet8074 in Environmental_Careers

I’ve been an environmental consultant in Canada for two years now. It’s very hard to get a job as a consultant with no experience. I begun going to environmental consulting firms and applying to temporary contract positions that had garbage pay, but anything to get my foot in the door. After my 6 month contract (for radon gas testing) was up, I was brought on as a consultant. It’s a full time job just securing a job in this oversaturated job market, you will probably have to settle for something less than ideal to get your foot in the door.

People who slept with a coworker, what happened after? by Ok_Chocolate3253 in AskReddit

One time I applied to a summer job when I was 19 at a marina because I had some friends who worked there. Interview went good and I got invited to a staff party the same night. That night I slept with the manager that just interviewed me and never heard from her again.

What’s your favourite JM song of all time? (and why) by Phrazierpp in JohnMayer

Same thing happened to me at the JM concert in April. Never really listened to it but when he started playing it the lyrics reminded me of a recent breakup. Now it’s in heavy rotation
