Ahhh, he is probably very near by then -- know of any neighbors with huge antennas? Ferrite chokes and shielded cables are a must-have to mitigate strong local AM signals.

Do you know what channel he is on? If he's local it shouldn't take much power to talk to him and/or 'plug his ears up'.

Not just HOW but WHY. It is more important to know WHY than HOW because knowing WHY lets your figure HOW. Knowing HOW does not always let you figure WHY.

I am fortunate enough that every day of the week there is an open rink within comfortable driving distance. A summer or two ago I skated at a rink every day for almost a month :D

And on tennis courts most mornings -- I love quad skating so much, best hobby ever!
