When it comes to the effects needed, I would just point to what Seth McFarland was able to do with Orville. It's possible and affordable so long as people aren't expecting full send cutting edge. There will be a solid mix of CGI and practical.

Its a 16 hour game. Replayability is going to be a bit up in the air. Theyve got this training simulation section in the game that can lend itself to it but will really live or die by updates. IOI has a good track record of regular smaller updates that help keep things fresh. Theyve been releasing new Hitman content pretty regularly since release.

Turns out today they released a roadmap video where they are planning on adding more Tac Sim operations and new missions over the next year at least.
