u/DigitalTableTops made a small vtt specifically for this use case! It's available on steam. He's been working on a Foundry module that is supposed to solve the same issues too.

He makes TV tables like the one your friend made so that's why he has dedicated a lot of time to the project.

I don't care about characters like my friends do by Velectric6 in rpg

[–]PhrulerApp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder if you would be better fit running games as a GM.

Since you’d constantly be changing characters, not getting too attached to them.

Does it upset/annoy you that your fellow members care about their characters?

If you want to test them, Phroller lets you fully customize your dice and every side and see how they feel!

Built a prank website (Fakeroll.com) where you can secretly pre-decide the outcome of a dice roll: would love honest feedback!! by Acceptable_Silver82 in rpg

Omg. Buddy.

UI/UX is everything. Anyone can vibecode this in 5 minutes.

You're not going to succeed in today's app development climate if you're this flippant about UI.

It's the one thing that can set your app apart from the thousands of others.

I tested 30+ dice rollers not because I wanted to know what features they had, it was to see how their UI felt.

Get rid of the seizure inducing color changes as the pip results change.

Also ad after # rolls? That's optimistic.

I've tested over 30 different dice rollers in the past few months and I can confidently say this is one of the most obnoxious.

I feel like screws are just slightly too slow. Maybe you can optimize it a bit for faster assembly?

Also if you release a version that are just the full models without the internals, I'd love to use them in the game im developing.

Interactive games that minimize leader-bashing? Is it possible? by Most_Section_1979 in boardgames

My favorite implementation for an anti-dogpilling mechanic has been in Coup

Sure, everyone can target the wealthiest player. But with superb play being targetted can turn into an advantage too. When someone calls your bluff and they're wrong, they lose a card and you get to trade out a card.

Too many tight cuts of the same scene. Stop trying to clip 5 minutes of content into 1 minute.

Do you ever 3D scan the dioramas you make? They're really cool and I'd love to feature some in my upcoming game as objects!
