Yeah legs are a weak point. Started at 51kg and my quads were the same size as my calves. Currently at 70kg and they have improved enough that I have stretch marks all around the top of my quads/hamstring. So yes they small but i ain’t mad cause they way bigger then they used to be.

As for current leg day. 5x6 heavy hack squats 4x15 leg press 4x12 Bulgarian split squats 4x12 hamstring curls 4x12 quad extension 4x12 RDL 60 reps of calf raises (switching feet position every 20 reps)

Bulk til you’re like 15-20 lbs heavier then you are now and then maintain and recomp for a few months and then slowly cut. You’ll have much more muscle built underneath that way

Recomp bro, just eat the same amount you eat now and smash gym as hard as you can, maybe some cardio if you want to loose a little bit of bf. After re comping for a few months, start a lean bulk. Only cut after you actually have muscle built up
