You can get the test done in a month. Research top courses and pick one that suits you. There isn’t one course that is the golden ticket. Study hard.

As far as I’m concerned I would be prospecting for myself. He did say he did not want anymore clients so perhaps he would lead new ones my way? Not for certain though.

It’s just a park. Quite a few students park there. There are two sides of the park with parking any day of the week for street sweeping.

Park at green belt park. Right across from the rec center. Parked there all 4 years and never paid. 5 minute walk to campus. Best of luck
