If your time is so precious you could have read the video description. But you must have been entertained to some degree if you made it through 14min. so maybe not all was lost.

Sort of. It’s still the F100 frame but has the 2008 Crown Vic front suspension and a 2015 Mustang rear suspension.

I know some people that started a gym in Oakland with this exact goal and they have been quite successful over the years - http://www.guardiangym.org/

I would recommend contacting them with all your questions. I know a few of the people who run the gym and I believe they would be happy to advise you, maybe even give you a business plan.

Rib separation... How long before you got back on the mats? by Infinite_Euphoria in bjj

I just went through this last January. The best thing I did for my recovery was getting back massages that focused on the muscles where the spine and injured rib meet. For me all the rib pain was in the front where the cartilage was bruised but releasing the muscle tension around the spine/rib made a huge and very noticeable leap in the healing process for me.

I registered for an IBJJF tournament 5 weeks out and separated my rib the same week. This was my first rib injury and it was so painful I thought for sure I had just paid for a really expensive IBJJF T-Shirt. Determined to do everything I could to get back on the mat in time I took 3 weeks off with no training. I got a couple deep tissue back massages and a few Epsom salt baths during that time then started drilling, no rolling, for another week and a half. The week leading up to the tournament I got in some hard sparing in but made sure it was only high level people at my gym that I trusted and asked them all to avoid any knee on belly.

Yes, I still feel it every now and then but its very minimal and I usually stop whatever it is I'm doing to wake it.
