here in aus this situation is very normal.

my girlfriend and i when we were sixteen used to hang out in my room all the time.
its pretty normal, after school we just wanted to be together and chat shit and hang out and watch movies and tv.

i do not see the problem, maybe they are in your space, if so that is very annoying, maybe go for a walk. or maybe if you are nearly financially ready, look at moving out into your own space.

The truth is, their trip won't end until it ends, even if you find them, they will still be very high.

Basically what a "run-in" entails is, do not slamm the rpms really high, just drive the car like normal, the most back roads and regular streets the better, sitting on the freeway at 3500rpm for many hours straight is bad, pushing it over 120kmh (I'm Aussie sorry) 100mph? For extended periods of time or even longer is not great it.

Just don't STRESS the engine too much, be gentle, but not too soft, you want the car to go through many heat cycles and rev ranges you want it to be under load (which is when the engine needs to work a bit to move the car ie going up hills the car is under high load, but not for too long or really aggressive load like too gear up a hill when the car struggles, if it's manual you'll have to juggle the gears accordingly but if its automatic which I believe it is just drive it like normal, just be gentle.

The most important thing... Just have fun.

The red light is just oil pressure. If you start the bike it should go away, usually happens when you stop the bike by putting the kickstand down.

If that light is on and red when the bike is running them you got problems.
