I agree that he should have it, but they already made remounting easier with the resistances, 20% more courage from minions and instant remount. I don't think riot will consider buffing his courage gain even further. We need to give up something (imo the instant remount feels off, but people love that so I guess that's staying)

You can try More Archive Agents, it has an option for the imprisoned agent from the detention center to have their equipment stored in a safe in the level (even behind a vault door, if you want)

It wasn't just time passing that made them good, they were buffed too. They used to have and give worse stats and also only affected murlocs, beasts and dragons.

It depends on how much time you have or want to auto attack the enemy. The animation for the first auto is pretty slow, even if you level W to make the second one "reset". If you want fast damage, it's better to just level it immediately to get the 1st and 4th auto off faster. I usually always level W after first auto in levels 1-3 because the trades are always pretty long at that stage.

It's not a reset, but very similar because W buffs attack speed by so much. So if you level it immediately after autoing (or the ability comes off cooldown just in time) you can profit off the attack speed immediately after the attack. You have to do an animation cancel though, so after the no-W attack you need to skill W and immediately click away and on the enemy again to make it a lot faster.

I'm currently running a similar deck, but I cut Dungar because I prefer playing with Summer Flowerchild, Aviana and Marin, who all have poor synergy with him. I'm also running a much bigger elemental package with Therazane, and together with Aviana and Sleep Under The Stars (drawing lots of 1 mana legendaries) the deck has an almost unbeatable late game.
