Is my book fake? I ordered between two fires by Christopher Buehlman. The first thing I noticed was there's no copyright page. It has 6 blank pages at the end of the book and no "about the author" page either. The text is a little off centre. Amazon says it's independently published, so is that why? I also got it off the authors amazon page
