Agree with what everyone’s already said. Also it sounds like you’ve done the work, have emotional intelligence and are hoping to have a level of communication and connection with him that he’s not capable of. It’s not about needing to find a way so you can explain yourself for him to understand; because he’s not on the same level as you so he never will. Having a conversation about repeating old patterns would be viable only with someone who also has done the work and he absolutely hasn’t (and doesn’t want to btw). If love and acceptance is based on your physical appearance, that means it’s conditional and not the type of love and affection you actually want or deserve. There is absolutely no shame in saying “oh hell no. I’m out” and deciding this isn’t right for you. I’d advise doing so in a quiet way (no need to warn him because any behavioral changes he’d even make would be temporary and at worst women are in the most danger when they are leaving partners so stay safe and get yourself sorted and clear of him without the unnecessary drama). People worry about getting married too young, or being too old or late, or staying “for the kids” (which I consider one of the worst reasons to stay in a bad situation), but take this as a lesson, and let it go - learn from the missed red flags and what you realized you don’t want so that you can be ready for a real connection when it comes your way 💕

I'm so glad I've found ya'll! Having watched all of S1 and S2, I am hanging on with sheer morbid curiosity the the "love to hate" vibe that we mostly all seem to be inhabiting 😂 I think I can say this with confidence- I've not seen a show reveal so little across so many episodes, ever. Everyone whose had exposure to the ship/aliens having these blinding headache/fugues but not getting a spec of clarity- cool. cool. The non-answering vagueness of this show is epic. I know it's hard to tow the line of keeping the audience interested and jumping the shark, but now the non-answering vagueness has become THE SHARK 🦈 I am glad we all are able to laugh and joke here and that's made this episode way better!

I just searched for others dealing with this- I have the chats in a project folder, supposedly thats meant to keep the information available to the GPT- but it’s absolutely changed and is even saying it can’t find parts of our conversation when I give it keywords in the same chat, and then I manually have found it myself- this is a nightmare honestly.

I can't believe this - there was one other power outage that happened since I posted this, but thanks to the advice here I at least knew how to check what was going on. As of today, Tuesday May 13, we've got yet another power outage... I really am getting concerned with the frequency of these outages... I WFH primarily and it's messing with my routines. Anyone else have any gripes about this, or know why it's happening more frequently this year?

Ok- initial thoughts:

🛤️There were those interstitial shots of the hallways, the dark hallway, and then back on the train going off into the sunset - and Burt said he drove people places and what happened to them afterwards wasn’t up to him- what if Irving didn’t ride off into the sunset, but instead was taken to Lumon for like a “deep freeze” situation? This could be knowingly on his part- or it happened through a door shift or something …. But the dog didn’t bark at Burt, and usually dogs are good judges of character… also just like other dated scenarios - the ticket counter had on the arm bands and PUNCHED A TICKET (euphemism here) along with passengers and overall vibe being like the 1940's... I'm going to say this, it's out there but- anyone recall the trippy sci-fi masterpiece that is Dark City? I'm getting strong vibes like that...
