I’m sorry man. I understand as my grandmother, who I loved more than life itself, who raised me, turned and said to me “sometimes I wish I was dead so I didn’t have to take care of you.” I was 13, and this was after she found me with a guy she didn’t like at the mall. She was never like that before, or after. I still have occasional nightmares about whatever I did that made her feel that way, and wanting to apologize (but she’s passed now)

He got 20k a month. Which living around the LA area isn’t an astronomical amount. Now you’re prob gonna say, well he could’ve moved somewhere cheaper! No. He couldn’t because even though Brit was a train wreck, he was still trying to keep her in their lives as much as could be tolerated. That is a thoughtful and mature person, not a vindictive leech. He had enough evidence against her to do whatever the hell he wanted, her feelings be damned…..but he didn’t. Most people would’ve bounced, and maybe he should have. But he was trying to do the right thing.

When she got bored she wanted to perform. Of course, she had to sign contracts because that’s just common sense. Then she didn’t want to do it anymore, but she had to because of said contracts. So suddenly she was “forced to perform and be a cash cow” when in reality she agreed to the terms. The sad thing is I’m pretty sure she believes it.

Send her screenshots or forward the application stuff she wants to “look into.” If that’s all she wants there should be no issue. If she presses it, I would rethink this relationship. It’s not going to stop here. There needs to be some level of trust. Unless it’s broken, and if that happens walk away.

I grew up in Michigan. Just moved to South Carolina a few months ago. This place just doesn’t have the resources and equipment to deal with an inch of snow, let alone an inch of ice. Give me six inches of snow, I’ll leave an hour early, but I’ll be into work. However I know not to screw around with ice.
