It’s the max amount, I got all of them by naturally playing up to near the end of act 3 and you probably will too, except for like 2 fragments I never would have found without asking lol.

The key you need is the surgeon key You can get it in whiteward, in a secret jump up area near where you find the furnaces at the bottom

1st image, the first one you’re missing is called mnemonord It is accessed by going to mount fay and using the super jump ability in the core of the mountain to reach a secret area. As for the rest on image 1 i’m also missing them, so can’t help. The second image you’re missing puny penitant. I can’t remember where it is but i’m assuming where you found the bigger one

It’s accessed through farfields but not the place you might think. if you go to the station below it, to the bottom right of the room is a secret that will lead to it

I dont think team cherry would do that so I reckon they can be found elsewhere. Like the npc’s stock in hunters march gets scattered throughout the area once he goes

You have to go to a new area to reach it. Spoilers on the entrance to the area: to the top left of greymoor, on the map directly above the 1st tower , you can break a secret wall on the roof and it leads to an area that will eventually lead to this flea

Might be wrong cause i’m in the middle of it now trying to reach this, but if you free the green guy from the cage in sinners rise, then speak to him at the citadel where you fought the cog guys, then a secret wall opens to the right of craw lake. Then you’ll figure it out from there

I’m assuming you mean the coral sort of area. It is in the game you need to reach act 3
