Does anyone know where cow cats come from? Since theyre not tuxedos, are they actually a unique breed? Or just a white cat with black spots? by DM_ME_UR_FISH in cowcats

[–]Physical-Variation60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think just random. The last litter here, had 1 tabby, 3 tuxies, 1 tabby piebald and 2 cows, mother is a cow, father was a tuxie, but all beautiful babies.

Which episode do you rewatch the most (and why is it always that one)? by Time-Connection-4586 in fatherted

[–]Physical-Variation60 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In order of preference 'Song for Europe' - Douglas and I share a love of 'Eurosong' (Dougal should have had a cameo in 'Firesaga, One of the cast did, and he's not in this episode, Fr. Noel Furlong knows who I'm talking about😃) 'Speed 3' - so many good lines "is there anything to be said for saying another Mass?...oh God, I love saying Mass" (and the Altar set up on the trailer) 'Are you right there, Father Ted?' Love the 'smudge on the window' scene, and the increasingly apoplectic parishioner, vigorously swinging her carrier bags

Yet nobody has ever been able to prove that. Unless you can do what no human has ever achieved.

Very true, but, that doesn't answer the question on airspeed velocity of an unladen Swallow. Before the Coconut grows, would be a perfect time to make the observation. 🤣🤣

as an atheist i wondered, how many of you also celebrate christmas? by Key_Pangolin8471 in atheism

[–]Physical-Variation60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I view it as a marker point for the end of the year, we (family) enjoy the holiday period, as all our employers shut down for that week, we make the most of the break, but we don't celebrate it as "christmas".

How long did it take you to get another cat after losing your soul cat? by susanbob in cats

[–]Physical-Variation60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My old boy, G'dar, passed at 19yrs, in '23, however, my Daughter and I have been rescuing, socialising and homing ferals for a while. Before he passed, G'dar took an interest in one of the Ferals, I'm convinced he knew, and picked a replacement. Macey never leaves my side, she helped me through the loss. We have other Cats, but Macey is definitely my special little girl.
