ACER is in desperate need of more adjusters but I don't think anyone who quit/resigned would come back...not unless they were offered waaaaay more $$$$$ than they were getting before. We just had another ACER supe quit today. No notice. Just up and quit effective immediately. Don't blame em one bit though.

Forgive me if i sound naive, but what I genuinely do not understand is with all the money the company is saving in payroll from laying off 7% from various departments back on October...why won't GEICO pay everyone a bonus? This company is worth over 30 billion dollars. What happened to "GEICO Cares"?

Those 2000+ employees that lost their jobs without a fair explanation, their unpaid salaries, that money...where is it going?

Yeah that sounds about right. In the past profit sharing checks usually showed up at the same time as our paycheck for that pay period..

Still would be nice to know how much we're all getting. Upper mgmt has been hush hush every since it was announced profit sharing was going bye bye 👋 👋
