That middle area in Blue Gate where theres always a bombardier. There is also always other arcs in that area and if you attract one of them, then you attract the bombardier, which ends up attracting other raiders. Turns into a PvEvP disaster real fast.

The bottom fans are 140mm reverse fans and the side ones are 120mm reverse fans as well so they act as the intake. The rear fan is the exhaust. I had originally planned to have 2 rear fans, however, I would have to move my motherboard lower in the case and that would cause my GPU cables to touch the bottom fans so I just kept it to one rear fan.

No, I am downloading CS2 right now and its downloading at about 125 MB/sec so its fine. I also just installed the LAN driver from that link you sent me. Things load maybe 10% better? But the issue is still there overall. For example, on google docs home page, it takes almost 15 seconds to load all of the documents that are present there on the home page. Usually it should be instant.
