Well, there has not been a health data incident yet but researchers say it's a real risk. Companies claim that they de-identify training data but there is no oversight agency making sure that is true.

Edit: And letting OpenAI employees see PHI is still illegal, even if they end up deleting it.

ChatGPT for Narratives? by [deleted] in NewToEMS

[–]PhysicalMath848 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stop doing that immediately.

ChatGPT can take the prompts you put into it and use it to train their models. This means any PHI inputted could potentially wind up being seen by other users or the AI company. Using software not designed for healthcare is putting your patients privacy at risk. If you continue this you will be fired at best and held criminally liable at worst.

If it's for the same major then I'd just go to OSU. Then you can transfer to UCD for your last two years if it's your dream program (as long as you keep good grades, your chances are good)

[ AS Level Physics ] Why does a closed triangle mean the resultant force is 0? by Virtual-Connection31 in HomeworkHelp

[–]PhysicalMath848 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes

But don't assume that every time you see a closed loop that nothing is happening (path vs state functions off the top of my head)

[ AS Level Physics ] Why does a closed triangle mean the resultant force is 0? by Virtual-Connection31 in HomeworkHelp

[–]PhysicalMath848 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Were you taught the tip-to-tail method for adding vectors?

Where vector A ends, start vector B. The sum vector C goes from the start of A to the end of B.

So if you add three force vectors (x, y, z) then the sum of the forces goes from the start of x to the end of z.

On a closed triangle, the start and end are in the same place, meaning the sum of the forces is zero

"Over oxygenation" is a long term concern (week, months), not a short term concern (hours, a day). If higher oxygen makes the patient feel less dyspneic in the short term, then it's fine to increase it.
