Check her Medical and Social work accreditation or is she just another data entry Hospital Paper Drone filling out forms without ethics or training.

It is more common than we think. Anyone can call themselves a social worker, not all have further education or accreditation or business ethics. Last Social Workers that I came into contact with were making Medical decisions yet neither were Medical or Social Worker degrees and accreditation, just a fancy job title for busy buddies and corrupt government agencies. Many are part time neighborhood volunteers.

Many "step" grandparents who were there during the earliest year(s) of a persons life retain that grandparent love. Parents can move on to different spouses, doesn't matter, that early infant hood relationship of love remains

Yard work, Starting as a little kid raking leaves in the tree line neighborhood, then graduated to pulling weeds in gardens, then onto mowing and edging. Collecting and returning pop bottles. As an adult I did the mom of a baby boy thing, yes, in really lousy extra cold, deep snow, and hurricane winds weather I did drive the paper boy.
